In this context, we are launching our project titled "Institutionalization - Sustainability in Family Businesses and Cooperatives". The project aims to identify the current situation of family businesses and producer cooperatives operating in the region and analyze the challenges and needs they face. Following these important steps, solution-oriented consultancy services will be provided, capacity-building trainings will be organized, and action plans, road maps and strategy documents will be prepared for the future of the enterprises.
Our project is designed to include at least 10 family businesses or producer cooperatives. Various activities will be carried out to support the institutionalization processes of these enterprises and strengthen their sustainability.
