The meeting, which was held in order to ensure integration between the Trade Registry Offices and strengthen cooperation in practices, was held on 19-20 March, General Manager of Domestic Trade, Mr. It was held with the participation of Adem BAŞAR and an expert committee of 12 people from the Ministry of Commerce and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey.

Making the opening speech of the meeting, which started with the promotional film of our city under the moderation of Yalova Trade Registry Manager İbrahim AKKANAT, YTSO Chairman of the Board Mr. Tahsin BECAN; Emphasizing the importance of the Trade Registry Offices, he stated that this unit not only acts as a registration point for our members, but also as a legal consultancy unit.

Afterwards, Gökhan MİRAHMETOĞLU, Director of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, took the floor and stated that this organization set a good example for our country, and conveyed his thanks to all those who contributed, especially the Chairman of the Board of Directors Tahsin BECAN.

Finally, Adem BAŞAR, General Manager of Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Commerce, stated in his speeches that Yalova constitutes the best example of our small-scale metropolitan cities and that it appears as a synthesis of our country by incorporating many ethnic elements, to Tahsin BECAN, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and to the Secretary General Taner ERİŞ. Later in the meeting, Deputy General Manager of Domestic Trade Ahmet Can BALAK, Head of Companies Department Recep YILMAZ, Trade Experts Bihter Dikmelik AKÖZ and Osman Faruk KARATAŞ answered questions about the problems encountered in trade registry applications.

In the 2nd session of the meeting, the problems encountered in the MERSIS system were discussed with the participation of Trade Registry Department Head Serkan YÜKSEL and Trade Specialist Vildan BAL. Also, Head of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges Department, Mustafa Umut ÖZGÜL, made statements about the issues to be considered in the companies in which the chambers participate.

Lastly, Gökhan MİRAHMETOĞLU, Director of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, gave information by talking about the Registry Academy, a project approved by the Presidency, which was established to develop the Trade Registry and to ensure application unity.

On the second day of the meeting, a general evaluation was made by the participants who came together again and the importance of Trade Registry transactions was emphasized.

The works carried out by the Ministry of Commerce and TOBB officials in order to prevent our members from being victims of possible problems that may be encountered in the Transactions were mentioned.
