SANTEK 2023 2nd Term Meeting was held in our Chamber.
The "Industry and Technology Cooperation Board (SANTEK) 2023 2nd Period" meeting organised by Yalova Industry and Technology Directorate was held in the Assembly Hall of our chamber with the participation of Yalova Governor Dr. Hülya KAYA. At the meeting, which started with the opening speech of Yalova Provincial Director of Industry and Technology Aydın Bakoğlu, he informed about the activities of the Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology within the scope of SANTEK and the agenda items.
At the meeting, Yalova University Eng. Faculty Energy Systems Engineering Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Bayram Kılıç, Yalova Machinery Specialised Organised Industrial Zone Environment and Health Unit Manager Okan Karaalioğlu, Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayii A.Ş. Process Group Manager Emrah Eren and Tersan Tersanecilik San. Tic. A.Ş. Planning Manager Şükrü Eren explained clean production, energy and resource efficiency practices in industrial sectors in line with the 2023 Yalova Climate Change Action Plan.
In addition, Mine Yardı, Yalova Provincial Officer of the Technology Team Foundation of Turkey, gave information about the activities carried out by the foundation on a provincial basis and its efforts to provide financial support to student/school groups participating in national/international technology competitions. The meeting ended after the students from the Atmaca team, who ranked at the university level, shared their projects.
