Quick Support Program for Micro and Small Businesses
“Unsecured and interest-free reimbursed support” will be given based on the commitments of “maintaining the average employment in the past period”, “employing new personnel” and “repaying the support to KOSGEB in installments following a 24-month grace period” in the undertaking received from Micro and Small Enterprises at the time of application. .
100,000 TL reimbursed support will be provided for each new employee to be employed. If the owner of the business is a woman, or 51% or more of the business is owned by a single female partner, or if the hired staff is female, the reimbursed support amount will be 110,000 TL for each staff member.
Additional payment for business ownership or female staff employment will only be made for one of these situations.
Micro enterprises will be able to receive support for a maximum of 2 personnel, and small enterprises for a maximum of 5 personnel.
Provided that they have fulfilled their commitments to employ new personnel by maintaining their previous average employment levels; Micro and Small Businesses will pay back the support they use to KOSGEB in 6 installments of 4 monthly, interest-free and commission-free, following a 24-month grace period. For Micro and Small Businesses that cannot complete their commitments within the given additional time, if any; The support given will be collected with the legal interest to be calculated from the date of payment.
Conditions sought for new personnel to be employed within the scope of the support:
- To operate in the Nace code in the list of sectors that can benefit from the support. Click to access the NACE list.
- Must be a university (2 years and above) or vocational and/or technical high school graduate.
- Must not be working in Micro and Small Businesses in the month preceding the month in which the application period is announced.
- The total number of SSI 4A premium days within the last 3 years from the month in which the application period was announced should not be more than 180.
- Must be born in 1981 or later.
- Foreign national personnel cannot be employed.
- According to the financial records of the Revenue Administration, a minimum of 75,000 TL net sales revenue in 2019 will be considered as proof of being an active business before the epidemic.
When filling out the Application Form, businesses will be able to apply by declaring that they will close their overdue tax – SSI debts, if any, or reduce them below the legal limits, or defer or make installments. In order for these businesses to receive support payments, they must have paid off their tax-SSI debts above the legal limits or have postponed or paid in installments before the support payment.
Micro-enterprise: Enterprises that employ less than ten people annually and whose annual net sales revenue or financial balance sheet does not exceed three million Turkish Liras.
Small Business: Businesses that employ less than fifty people annually and whose annual net sales revenue or financial balance sheet does not exceed 25 million Turkish Liras.
