Provincial Employment Meeting was held
Under the chairmanship of our Governor Dr. Hülya Kaya, the 1st Ordinary Provincial Employment and Vocational Education Board Meeting of 2025 was held. Representatives of public institutions and organizations and relevant stakeholders attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the decisions taken in 2024 were evaluated and active labor force projects planned for 2025 were discussed. The Qualified Workforce Training Program, Candidate Pool System and Profile-Based Consultancy Model, which came into force within the scope of the New Vocational Training Incentive implemented by the Labor and Employment Agency (İŞKUR), were introduced in detail.
In addition, it was decided to establish a Human Resources Platform and conduct Yalova Labor Market Research in order to better analyze the needs of the labor market in Yalova.
The decisions taken at the meeting are aimed to guide the employment policies of the province and contribute to the training of qualified personnel in accordance with the needs of the labor market.
