Few nations in the world can pay such a high price for their independence and future. The Turkish people have paid such a price throughout their history, and as a result, they have not surrendered to any evil center against their will. We are showing the unity and solidarity we showed for the defense of the homeland and the values we consider sacred in the coup attempt we experienced five years ago, in the same way these days. Epidemics, which affect the whole world and are seen in our country, make us a society that connects and supports us more. By learning lessons from our past, we must educate our youth and prepare them for the new world.
I would like to express my gratitude to every member of our nation and our security forces who said stop to traitors at the cost of their lives in order to provide us with a future dominated by national will and democracy. I offer my heartfelt love and respect.
