Digital Transformation Seminar Held in the Trade Registry
The "Digital Transformation in the Trade Registry Seminar", the 4th Inter-Institutional Cooperation Meeting, was held by the Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry Trade Registry Directorate. Company representatives, financial advisors and accountants attended the meeting held by YTSO Trade Registry Manager İbrahim Akkanat and Assistant Manager Emrah Akın.
At the meeting, the digitalization processes carried out in the Trade Registry within the scope of the "Project for Facilitating Commercial Life" were discussed. It was explained that the articles of association of the companies, which are thought to provide convenience for the companies, the decisions of the general assembly of the limited company, the decisions of the board of directors of the joint stock companies can be signed with e-signature without the need to go to the notary public or the trade registry.
In addition, all trade registry documents such as "Trade Registry Certification", "Company Status Certificate", "Bankruptcy and Concordat Document" used for tenders, and "Article 111 Document" used in central transfer transactions, which can be obtained from the trade registry, are also e-mailed via the MERSIS system via remote access method. It has been stated that it can be taken as signed.
