Making a statement for the Faculty of Medicine, which was decided to be established within Yalova University, Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Tahsin Becan said, "Congratulations to our growing and developing Yalova".
Stating that they are pleased with the decision, Becan stated that with the establishment of the Faculty of Medicine in Yalova, the city will enter a period where new gains will be made. In addition to its academic contribution, our Yalova University provides significant returns to the city's economy and supports the development of our city in many ways, in addition to its contributions to the social and cultural life of a city. With the new departments opened, the quality and influence of our city in higher education increases even more. I believe that Yalova University Faculty of Medicine is an important step that will contribute to Yalova's health city identity in the upcoming period.
