154 New Schools in 154 Districts from TOBB
The “Contribution to National Education Protocol” was signed between the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the Ministry of National Education.

Having reached the final point in 81 school projects in 81 provinces, TOBB stepped into a new project that contributes to education with the new protocol signed. Within the scope of the protocol, in cooperation with TOBB and MEB, in addition to 153 educational facilities, including 26 primary-secondary schools, 67 high schools, 11 faculties, 21 student dormitories, 13 indoor sports halls, 6 workshops and laboratory-like facilities, 1 university, 8 schools abroad. 154 new schools will be added.
TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that as TOBB, the total volume of investments and supports they have made for education has reached 3 billion 587 million liras, “We are coming to the end of our 81 school project in 81 provinces. We always wanted to increase public-private sector cooperation in vocational education and strengthen the role of the private sector. But we don't stop there, we're embarking on a new and bigger job now. We are taking action for 154 new schools in 154 districts. We are adding new schools to our 154 districts where our chambers and commodity exchanges operate. We work with the awareness that there will never be any harm from the investment made in education. We prepare our youth for the future. As Turkey's entrepreneurial power, we will continue to invest in the future of our country.” said.

As YTSO, we attach great importance to the development of vocational high schools. A committee within our chamber, which was formed on a completely voluntary basis, carries out studies to make our vocational high schools preferable, to provide effectively equipped trainings and to train sought-after personnel. In the near future, these studies will be shared with parents and students in line with these studies.
