Regarding Occupational Health and Safety

The "Occupational Health and Safety Services" article of the Occupational Health and Safety Law has entered into force for all workplaces as of January 1, 2025 for public workplaces and workplaces with less than 50 employees and in the low-risk class.

Thus, employers or employer representatives of workplaces with less than 50 employees and in the low-risk class can fulfill these duties by assigning appropriately qualified personnel from among their employees, undertaking them themselves if they have the necessary documents, receiving services from OSGB and ÇASMER authorized by the Ministry, or completing the trainings announced by the Ministry without the requirement of assigning an Occupational Safety Specialist and Workplace Physician.
